Hospitality Voice Tech
Company

HVT is the AI-powered request-to-fulfillment platform for hotels.

Guests make any request in natural language — a late-night meal, fresh towels, a maintenance fix — by voice, text, or QR, and HVT routes it to the right staff, system, or automation — making staff more efficient, guests more satisfied, and every stay more rewarding.

HVT Vision

A world where every hotel can deliver exceptional service —

where people do the hospitality, and technology does the running around.

HVT Mission

Our mission is to power the connected hotel —

one AI platform where staff, systems, and automation work together to run hotels more efficiently and turn every guest request into a moment of great service.

Built From Real Hotel Operations

Hospitality technology shaped by firsthand hotel experience.

Hospitality Voice Tech, or HVT, is a technology company focused on the hospitality industry.

Founded in 2020, HVT began by developing an AI voice bot for hotels. In May 2021, HVT deployed EMMA — an AI voice bot designed around hotel operating workflows — at Embassy Suites by Hilton Grapevine DFW. As the platform developed, HVT grew from its early work with Hilton-branded hotels to serve properties across major hospitality brands, including InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Marriott, Wyndham, and independent hotels.

Today, HVT supports more than 100 hotels across the United States, helping manage guest communication, service requests, and daily hotel operations.

In 2024, AWS featured HVT in a customer case study highlighting the conversational AI and hotel telephony capabilities behind EMMA in a real-world hotel deployment.
